Beta terms
Beta testing disclaimer and hold harmless terms
GlazePilot beta software is pre-release, experimental, and provided for evaluation only. It may be incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time.
GlazePilot does not provide legal, accounting, tax, engineering, structural, code-compliance, contract, financial, or professional estimating advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all quantities, dimensions, drawings, specifications, codes, contracts, prices, labor assumptions, proposals, invoices, AIA payment applications, purchase orders, schedules, and project decisions before using them for any bid, contract, billing, procurement, field work, or customer communication.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. By requesting or using beta access, you agree that GlazePilot, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, bid errors, missed deadlines, rework, project losses, customer disputes, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or reliance on beta outputs.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlazePilot and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your beta participation, your use of beta outputs, your submitted data, your violation of these terms, or your work for your customers.
You may submit feedback, screenshots, sample project information, and workflow notes. GlazePilot may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have permission. Beta access may be revoked at any time.
Beta participation is free unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. No credit card is collected here, and no automatic paid subscription starts from this request.
